Muhlbauer, Inc seeks to hire a Client Account Associate – After Sales at its Newport News, Virginia location to support its customer service department. The ideal candidates have strong customer service skills to assist customers with orders, returns, and issues.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proposes upgrade

• Carries out sales activities (face to face meetings, phone calls in trade shows) in accordance with a pre-established individuals Business Plan or Projects

• Sales calls for guarantee or warranty sales

• Strengthens relationship with existing accounts and develops new accounts to grow Muhlbauer branding of target market in USA

• Completes and submits expense reports, forecasts sales reports as required and on a timely basis

Job Requirements:

• Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or an equivalent

• Two or more years of customer service experience

• Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement

• Able to handle problems involving multiple, concrete variables in standardized form

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
